for this project we were supposed to focus on nothingness and doing something by doing nothing. what I thought of for this project was my desperate desire for nothingness in sleep. I am plagued by nightmares and insomnia and constantly waking up in the middle of the night. I wanted this video to express my frustrations about sleep and the insanity that creeps on you when you are desperate for nothingness, aka dreamless sleep as I think of it. this video also represents the nothingness that comes with overwhelming amount of shit that diminishes the other things around it, making nothing legible.
